Soul Shine Kolsch (On Tap)
5.1% ABV | 19 IBU
If you've never heard of a Kolsch before, trust us when we say you're in for a treat. The Soul Shine Kolsch is our take on the iconic, traditional German style. Bready malt, yeasty tang and crispy noble hops give this beer a crystal clear finish, basically like sipping on bottled sunshine.
Salted Cherry Sour Gose (Seasonal)
4.2% ABV | 8 IBU
Our Salted Cherry Sour ale was made with all of our favorite things about summer in mind. Think balmy weather, fresh and fruity aromas, and a crisp finish that's sweet, sour, and even a little salty. Made with tart cherries, this brew is the perfect porch swinging, lake swimming, summer-loving beverage.
Raspberry Warbaby Sour Gose (Seasonal)
4.5% ABV | 11 IBU
Summer winds waver, the days grow cool and short. As sure as the leaves change, so too do our palates. Delicately sweet and palpably tart, Raspberry Warbaby is our last hurrah for summer and our ushering into the fall. Try adding a cinnamon stick, maybe a dash of freshly grated nutmeg, and grab a slice of shortcake. Maybe pour some over a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Pair it with some rich cuts of meat. Or just enjoy it on its own while you settle in, bundle up, and relish the crisp foliage.
Nelson Saison (Seasonal)
5.7% ABV | 22 IBU
Ripe with fruit-forward notes and a dry, crisp body – the Nelson Saison goes down like a smooth white wine and leaves you wanting more. Flavors of gooseberry, green pepper, lemongrass, and floral undertones will dance across your tongue, making this perfect for sipping on a hot summer day.
Water Tower Wit (Seasonal)
4.9% ABV | 12 IBU
Named after the iconic Bentonville water tower, this is our take on a Belgian classic. Our wit is brewed with orange peel and coriander, and toting an aroma that carries hints of cantaloupe - this juicy, hazy beer is what we plan on drinking all summer long!
1872 Old Fort Lager (Seasonal)
5% ABV | 31 IBU
An effervescent golden lager that’s styled after the traditional German Pilsner and characterized by the aroma of fresh bread and herbal hops – finishing dry and clean.
5.5% ABV | 35 IBU
This well-balanced Pale Ale provides a pleasant touch of malty sweetness up front followed by spritzing of floral, herbal notes from Centennial hops on the back, finishing smooth and clean with low bitterness. Despite its simplicity, the NWAPA delivers more depth than at first expected, providing a well-rounded mouthfeel topped with a lingering aromatic head.
Homewrecker IPA (On Tap)
7.5% ABV | 80 IBU
With a name like Homewrecker, you expect this IPA to be loud, boisterous, and unforgettable. And this beer fits the bill. Strong citra hops dominate the aroma while the honey malt gives it a sultry finish. It's strong, hoppy, and sweet - everything you want in an IPA.
Lil' Wrecker IPA (On Tap)
6.3% ABV | 70 IBU
Our Lil' Wrecker IPA is brewed with a lighter body, and the Mosaic hops bring out aromas of tangerine, passion fruit, and blooming roses. These delectable scents accompany a flavor that's dominated by fresh bread, honey, and orange marmalade.
Space Goose Hazy IPA (On Tap)
6.3% ABV | 58 IBU
Space Goose is our take on a Hazy IPA. Characterized by an intentional haziness and a tangy tropical sweetness, this IPA is packed with mouthwatering notes of pineapple, grapefruit, and lemon that keeps bringing you back for more!
Rugburn Double IPA (Seasonal)
10.2% ABV | 100 IBU
Clocking in at a scandalous 10.2% ABV, the Rugburn is a haughty, heaping mess of naughty in a glass. With Simcoe and Amarillo this DIPA blazes it way through the tastebuds with notes of grapefruit, citrus, and Pine. It's one mean SOB.
THE DARK ( + THE DARK-ISH)
5.9% ABV | 25 IBU
Festbier is a golden lager in the style of the beer brewed for d’Wiesn, Munich’s renowned Oktoberfest celebration traditionally taking place in the weeks leading up to the first Sunday in October. This beer is well balanced with a touch of hop bite over a solid foundation of toasted maltiness. Perfect for pairing with Obatzda and a hot, fresh pretzel. Prosit!
Hills & Hollers Amber Lager (On Tap)
5.2% ABV | 24 IBU
We needed something to really encapsulate this region- the kind of beer that expresses the simple joy of clambering atop crags and through hollers; that calls forth the fall foliage, springtime morel hunts, summer floats and winter waiting. Whatever your adventure, this is the kind of beer you can relax with while appreciating the wonder of place. This beer is defined by notes of toffee, toasted oats, and hazelnut. A malty prize for those in need of a respite from the bustle, and to simply enjoy what is present.
Natural State Porter (On Tap)
6.3% ABV | 25 IBU
Since we named this guy our Natural State Porter, you know we skipped out on the frills and tomfoolery. We dialed in on what makes this style of beer so great: oats, chocolate, and honey malts with a side of woodsy aroma that harken to the great outdoors.
Deliverance Imperial Stout (Seasonal)
12.5% ABV | 54 IBU
Rich flavors of dark chocolate, torrents of roasted goodness, and luxurious notes of smothered berries - our Deliverance Imperial Stout is enticing but has one hell of a bite to it. This particular brew is not for the faint of heart, and few are bold enough to take on this 12.5% ABV - are you?
Mocha Roundabout Stout (Seasonal)
6.3% ABV | 23 IBU
The story of our Mocha Roundabout Stout is a doozy. Long-time friends and fellow brewers Michael and Davis created a recipe for a chocolate milk stout. When it took Best in Show at the Hot Springs Brew Fest, they knew this delectable brew had to be shared, and teamed up with us to create the silky-smooth stout that you drink today!
