Most of our beers are vegan and vegetarian, but some may contain ingredients such as lactose or other animal-derived products. Any applicable allergens or specialty ingredients are noted on our menu.
Some of our beers are treated with a Brewers Clarex, an enzyme that reduces gluten to below 20 ppm. However, because our beers are brewed with gluten-containing grains, we do not recommend them for anyone with celiac disease. Not all of our beers are treated with Brewers Clarex, so check our current menu or ask our taproom staff if you have questions about a specific beer.
We also offer cider, but it is produced in the brewhouse where grain is regularly handled, so we cannot guarantee that it is free from gluten cross-contact.
Yes! Nosh Nola serves food inside, and you’ll also find Senior Shreddy’s, Wok N’ Roll Hibachi, and Tony’s Taste of Chicago.
You are also welcome to bring in outside food or have food delivered to the brewery.

Absolutely! Family is one of our core values and we built this place to be a place that
everyone can enjoy. There is a small kids play area inside as well as a kid’s pump track on the patio. Non alcoholic drinks and kid friendly bites
are available onsite as well. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
